Blue Adobe Mortgage is a mortgage banker in the truest sense of the word.  We are a direct lender to Fannie Mae, FHA and have many correspondent relationships as well.  We primarily engage in retail mortgage originations, processing, and underwriting and funding of Conventional and FHA single family home, second home, and investment property between 1-4 units.  Our focus continues to be on providing our clients with the best choices for their real estate financing needs. 

We maintain a strong relationship with our three local Realtor Boards here on the Central Coast: www.mcar.com *, www.scaor.com *, www.watsonvilleaor.com *.  Additionally, through our many collaborations and broker partnerships we also originate to broker and/or facilitate other real estate related financing products to include: commercial loans, multiunit loans, lot loans and construction lending. Our primary market area is the Central Coast of California and more specifically Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Seaside, Marina and Salinas and South County to the south and Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Aptos, and Watsonville to the north.  

We are, and continue to be, a referral based lending institution.  Nearly 100% of our clients continue to be past clients, referrals from past clients and local Realtor referrals.  We have a culture and spirit of a community based business.  We participate and contribute to over 50 charitable organizations here on the Central Coast.
